The British Arachnological Society is running a survey on Garden Spiders (Araneus diadematus). Autumn is the very best time to see and record these large distinctive orb-web spiders. David Winnard (Vice-County Recorder) will also be there to provide expert guidance on the subject, explaining what he looks for when verifying records. This is your chance to meet David and learn more about fungus recording and how important your records are to the understanding of fungal conservation and ecology in North Wales.

The 2020 conference will be a free online event, taking place on Friday 23rd October 10am - 12.45pm.
This post provides the strategic lead for data management across NRW. The post holder will lead on finalising and implementing the data strategy through strong project management. They will Chair the Data Strategy Steering Group to manage and oversee this implementation.
