North Wales Wildlife Trust have been busy clearing and re-waymarking the butterfly transect at Aberduna, and are now looking for volunteers interested/willing to walk the route on sunny days during spring and summer time, recording butterflies observed This is important work to help monitor the effects of the management work here - and it can be uplifting and fun!
Some sections of the route are quite steep. Please contact Mike for more information if you're potentially interested in helping out there.

Cofnod and the North Wales Wildlife Trust are offering an exciting opportunity for two people to join them, promoting the Big Lottery funded OPAL (Open Air Laboratories) programme in North Wales. The Community Scientists will work with local communities helping them monitor and understand their local environment.
