A free family friendly woodland festival celebrating the beauty of Coed Gors y Gedol, a historic woodland in the heart of the temperate rainforest of the north Wales coast.
Explore the woodlands with a treasure trail, demonstrations of green woodworking and traditional hurdle making, not forgetting den building for all ages!
Take time out and join one of our walks in the woods to hear woodland birds or understand about the unique features of a Celtic Rainforest eco system. And finally learn about horse logging with the popular Carnog Working Horses.
In the courtyard of the splendid Gors y Gedol hall visit displays and information stands from nature organsiations;make a bat box, pick up some fungi foraging tips, make natural balms. We have local potter Jane Williams showcasing her work, and Heneb: The Trust for Welsh Archaeology and if your're hungry we have Big Dog Pizza and plenty of cake and refreshments to keep you going.
