Online Maps Update

21 January 2011

Our interactive mapping, including maps used in our Online Recording System, now uses Bing Maps, giving you access to 1:50,000 and 1:25,000 Ordnance Survey maps, as well as the Aerial Photographs and Road Map you will recognise from the previous system.

We have also added the ability to overlay a selection of boundaries (only available after logging in), initially just North Wales' Vice-Counties and our boundary, although we hope to add further layers in the future.

Click on the Interactive Map icon at the bottom of the home page or here for a basic version, or log in to gain access to additional functions.
