ORS Data Entry Improvements for monitoring projects.
Do you enter monitoring data on the Cofnod ORS? You might have noticed a few changes recently if so. We have now moved data entry for the Wales Great Crested Newt monitoring project across to the new ORS (the old version was still available just to enter this data but is now completely retired from use). We have also improved the Natterjack monitoring form so that it, like the GCN monitoring project, allows you to enter the additional variables you might record during monitoring projects (e.g. weather conditions) much more efficiently. Other elements, such as online mapping for sites monitored as part of the project, are also more sophisticated.
Over the next year we will upgrade other monitoring projects in the same way. If you’d like to talk about changing an existing monitoring project on the Cofnod ORS, or setting up a new one, please get in touch.
